No hidden one. We tell you the attendance cost on the phone before we book anything, and for most jobs it is rolled into the fixed price you approve on site. You will never get a bill with a line on it you did not agree to.

Across Greater Sydney our average arrival is about 60 minutes, day or night. Ring 02 8000 1234 and we will tell you honestly where the nearest van is rather than promising something we cannot hit.

Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured electrical contractor with $20 million public liability cover. Every job is signed off to AS/NZS 3000 and you get a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work emailed to you.

Almost always. We check the capacity of your main supply and switchboard first, then install a Tesla or universal charger on its own protected circuit, load tested and certified. If your board needs an upgrade to take it, we will tell you before you commit.

It is not an emergency, but it is a real risk. Old rewireable fuses do not protect people, only wiring, so a fault can reach you before the fuse blows. Most insurers now expect safety switches. An upgrade is usually a single day with the power off for a couple of hours.
